How Our Process Works
Step 1: Submit Your Job Details
Send through your job details via the contact form or give us a call. Include any site information, photos, or plans if available. One of our team will review your requirements and organise a site visit if needed.
Step 2: Site Assessment & Scope
We attend site to assess anchor types, slab condition, access, and overall scope of works. This allows us to clearly define what’s required to meet lease obligations or project requirements without surprises later.
Step 3: Quote & Scheduling
You’ll receive a detailed quote outlining all required works. Once approved, we schedule the job around your timeline, site access, and any operational constraints to ensure minimal disruption.
Step 4: Works Carried Out
Our team completes all required works including anchor removal via core drilling, epoxy hole filling, concrete grinding, and any additional make good services such as line marking or cleaning.
Step 5: Final Clean & Handover
Once works are complete, the site is cleaned and finished to a clean, compliant standard. The slab is left ready for inspection, handover, or immediate reuse.
